Independent contractors

Subcontract partnerships for established crews

We work with independent contractors and small crews who already run to a professional standard and want consistent, scheduled volume rather than one-off jobs. Partners are held to the same documented scopes and inspection standards as our direct teams — that is the point of the arrangement.

  • What we require

Active general liability insurance, workers' compensation where applicable, W-9 on file, and a verifiable work history.

  • How we engage

A written subcontract agreement per site with a defined scope, rate, and inspection standard. No handshake arrangements.

  • What you get

Scheduled recurring volume, predictable payment terms, and a named contact who can resolve issues without escalation.

Working here

What we offer the people doing the work

Facility services has a reputation for treating labor as interchangeable. We compete for good people by not doing that.

  • Competitive, transparent pay

Rates published in the offer, reviewed on a defined schedule. No ambiguity about what a shift is worth.

  • Predictable scheduling

Routes and shifts set in advance so you can plan around them, with overtime offered rather than assumed.

  • Paid training and certification

Documented onboarding and ongoing training on protocol, equipment, and safety — on the clock, not on your time.

  • A real path forward

Crew to site lead to account management. Most of our supervisors started on a route.

  • Proper equipment

Commercial-grade equipment and supplies provided and maintained. You are not asked to work around broken tools.

  • Work that gets noticed

Inspection scores are attributed. Good work shows up in the record rather than disappearing into it.
