Why POG

We Build the System. Then We Run It.

Anyone can win a walkthrough. We are built for month fourteen — when the scope is still being followed, the inspections are still being scored, and you can open a portal and see it for yourself.

Our process

Six steps, in this order, every time

The sequence is the product. Most service failures trace back to a step that got skipped — usually the scope, and usually to win on price.

  1. Walk the property

We visit every site before quoting anything. Square footage, surface types, traffic patterns, access constraints, and the problems your current arrangement is not solving.

  2. Write the scope

Findings become a specific, measurable scope of work — task by task, area by area, with frequencies attached. You approve the document before we price it.

  3. Price against the scope

A fixed price tied to the approved document. No allowances that quietly shrink, and no line items that appear once the contract is signed.

  4. Mobilize

Staffing, training, equipment, and access are arranged against the scope. A named account manager is assigned before the first shift, not after the first complaint.

  5. Inspect and score

Scheduled inspections audit delivery against the written scope. Findings are scored, photographed, and logged — including the ones that do not reflect well on us.

  6. Report and adjust

Monthly performance summaries per site with trend data. Where the scope no longer matches how the building is used, we say so and revise it.

What sets us apart

Five commitments you can hold us to

Each one is written into the contract and measured after it. That is the whole difference between a standard and a sales claim.

  • Quality assurance

Inspections run on a published cadence against the written scope — not spot checks triggered by a complaint. Each finding is scored and photographed, and the trend is reported monthly.

    • Scored against the approved scope, area by area
    • Photo evidence attached to every finding
    • Failures logged and reported, not quietly corrected
  • Technology & reporting

Digital work orders and timestamped task verification, with the record sent to you rather than summarised from memory. Reporting is built for the meeting you have to sit in.

    • Digital work orders with timestamped verification
    • Client portal for real-time site visibility
    • Monthly summaries formatted for ownership review
  • Accountability

A named account manager owns your portfolio, with a documented escalation path agreed at mobilization. You never have to work out who to call, or wait to find out who is responsible.

    • One named owner across every site
    • Escalation path defined before you need it
    • Quarterly review with the people who can change things
  • Response times

Committed arrival windows for routine requests, and 24/7 dispatch for water events, biohazard, and post-incident recovery. Commitments are contractual, not aspirational.

    • Written arrival windows for routine requests
    • 24/7 emergency dispatch, every day of the year
    • Response performance measured and reported
  • Satisfaction guarantee

If an inspection fails against the agreed scope, we remediate at our cost inside the agreed window. There is no renegotiation and no invoice for putting our own work right.

    • Failed inspections remediated at our cost
    • Remediation window agreed in the contract
    • No change order for correcting our own delivery

Put the process against your portfolio

Send us your sites and current scope. We’ll walk the properties, document what we find, and come back with a written standard and a fixed price.
